NOEL PETROHILOS
Owner of the agency working in Clark County, Nevada; Mohave County, Az; and San Bernardino County, Ca.
Noel has been in the insurance industry for 28 years. He started by working with a Canadian disability insurance company with a briefcase in his hand calling on farmers and ranchers all over western Canada. From those beginnings Noel eventually ran one of the largest disability insurance offices in Canada. But being an American citizen, he was invited to join the executive team for the U.S. division of the same disability company heading one of their Field Marketing Organizations. This is where Noel learned the Medicare Insurance market from the ground up. He has lived in New York, California, Calgary, St, Louis, Chicago, and for the last decade Laughlin, Nevada.
Growing up in New York, Noel is an avid New York Yankee fan. He is a proud graduate of Brooklyn Preparatory School, and St. Louis University. He has served on the advisory board for both Pennsylvania Life Insurance Company, and Penncorp Life Insurance Company. He is a 23-time winner of President’s Club – a travel award for sales excellence. He loves to continually learn.
Noel loves working in the Medicare Market. He says it is his distinct honor to serve the nice people of Mohave, Clark and San Bernardino counties.
Noel has been married for 38 years, a father of two grown children (Julian and Alexandra), and a grand-dad who takes special pride in spoiling his little Grandson
He established Pennwest Insurance Solutions in 2010 offering Medicare plans from all major carriers in the tri-state areas.

Norma has lived in Laughlin since 2006 and has worked in the health insurance business in two countries for over 25 years! She has the distinct advantage of working both the “back-office” end of the insurance business and the “sales and marketing” end of the insurance business.
Originally from New York and a graduate of Rhodes School in Manhattan and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, Norma excitedly transplanted to the West Coast (San Francisco) 38 years ago (with some great years in between spent back east and Calgary).
On a personal note, Norma enjoys, painting, baking, hiking, movies and, of course travelling. She helped her husband establish Pennwest Insurance Solutions in 2010.
MARIO ZAVALA

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA (1986) and a Master's of Arts in Financial Management from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy (1988). I worked for the U.S. Congress as a policy analyst from July 1988 to December 2001 in Washington, D.C. I have had my health and life insurance license since November 2002 and I have experience in health insurance, Medicare insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and annuities. I also have over 13 years of experience working for a workers compensation insurance company and I have had my Property and Casualty license since November 2017.
On a personal side, I raised four wonderful kids, three boys ages 26, 23, and 20, and one daughter age 25. My two older children work in the ministry serving as a Director of Youth Ministry for a large church in Visalia and Outreach ministry Director in San Diego and both are married. My two youngest boys are serving in the military. My middle son is active duty in the U.S. Navy and my youngest son is in the Marine Corps reserves. I was raised in Valencia and I have lived in Thousand Oaks since January 2002.
